Allied-Visions GmbH was established in 1997 by Martin Seger, former helicopter pilot and experienced engineer. The headquarters of our company is in Obernkirchen, Northern Germany. This region is considered as one of the centers of the helicopter aviation. A large helicopter base, the instructional facility of the German Army is located here. Europe's only helicopter museum can be found in the neighboring town of Bückeburg, just a few miles off of our headquarters. We are proud to have the museum among our clients. Allied-Visions benefits from this neighborhood, since our company specializes in developing software solutions for the military aviation industry.

A second office was opened in 1998 in Budapest, Hungary. In the beginning, Allied-Visions offered tailor-made e-commerce solutions as well as software engineering services. Our client list soon included such industry-leading names as Logitech, TerraTec and BMW. From 2000 to 2005, we've been involved in a large-scale international project and delivered several hundred hours of interactive flight training (CBT) material. This assignment helped us establish our name as a quality service provider.

As both divisions have grown dynamically, we made a strategic decision of separating the two main activities in order to increase customer satisfaction and productivity. Our subsidiary company Channel Star GmbH was founded in 2007. Channel Star took over the e-commerce branch and continues to deliver complex value-added online business solutions, CRM/PRM systems, Business Intelligence tools. This allows Allied-Visions to focus solely on software engineering, predominantly for the military flight industry. As Allied-Visions is a small but very flexible company, with a highly skilled international dev team behind it, we are able to respond market changes and customer demands immediately in a very tight and competitive niche.

Since August 30, 2007 Allied-Visions is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Our quality management system has been audited by TUV NORD.
